Do you have the ideal workstation?

Take a look at your workstation. Is your screen 18-26 inches from you? How are your wrists positioned? View the Ideal Workstation (PDF) and be sure you're work area is setup correctly.

Caution: We suggest anyone with a pre-existing RSI condition (such as carpal tunnel syndrome) check with his/her physician before using CyberStretch. This program is designed to aid in reducing the risk of RSI, not to cure it. Some of the stretches could exacerbate a user's symptoms if he/she already has an RSI.
